Character Profiles

There are 8 types of character profiles in this scheme, in 4 groups:

• Leadership/Director - (Short description).
  • Co-ordinator - Democratic, participative leader.

    Short or Long description.

  • Shaper - Action, manipulates for results.

    Short or Long description.

• Creativity/Visionary - (Short description).
  • Plant - Sows seeds of new ideas for others to cultivate.

    Short or Long description.

  • Resource-Investigator - Contacts, Explores, bring in resources.

    Short or Long description.

• Organising/Supporting - (Short description).
  • Team-Builder - Good at internal relations. Harnesses people.

    Short or Long description.

  • Team-Implementer - Gives a decision, produces the action/plan resource.

    Short or Long description.

• Analyzing/Finishing - (Short description).
  • Monitor-Evaluator - Shrewd and balanced judgement.

    Short or Long description.

  • Completer-Finisher - Intensive and urgent action.

    Short or Long description.

Each person consists of a varying amount of each aspect, although attention is usually to the primary, secondary, and also the least, aspects of a character profile.

We are told that a team should have all aspects of each grouping to make the team work well.
