There are 8 types of character profiles in this scheme, in 4 groups:

Each person consists of a varying amount of each aspect,
although attention is usually to the primary, secondary,
and also the least, aspects of a character profile.
We are told that a team should have all aspects of each grouping
to make the team work well.
